Choose EXTRA and play all Tickets 1-7. No choices to make.
After Ticket 7 you will get:

Now play Tickets 8-19. It should not matter which choices you choose. However I have chosen HUMAN every time.
After Ticket 18 you will get:

Now you should only be missing one trophy and PLAT. So close the game and restart it again. Do this 99 times to get all cards. I would recommend to press 2-3 times till you are in the main menu, so the card is saved. The cards look like this:
